Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is standard across the FiveM resource marketplace.
2. Why No Refunds?
Our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once downloaded, there is no way to verify that the product has been deleted or is no longer in use. This makes traditional refund policies impractical for digital goods.
3. Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
- Read the full product description and features
- Review the documentation to understand requirements
- Check framework compatibility (QBCore, ESX, Standalone)
- Ask questions in our Discord before purchasing
Our team is happy to answer questions and help you determine if a product is right for your server.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refunds or store credit in rare cases:
- Accidental duplicate purchases (same product, same account)
- Technical issues preventing product delivery
- Product significantly not as described (requires evidence)
These exceptions are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. This will result in:
- Permanent ban from all Oxide Studios products and services
- Revocation of all existing licenses
- Blacklisting from future purchases
