1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing products from Oxide Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Products & CFX Asset Escrow

All products sold by Oxide Studios are digital goods distributed through Tebex and protected by CFX Asset Escrow. Your purchase is tied to your Cfx.re account and grants you a license under the following conditions:

• License is tied to your Cfx.re account—you may use purchased assets on any server using a license key generated from your account
• One-time transfer to another Cfx.re account is permitted via the CFX Portal (this action is irreversible)
• You may not redistribute, share, or leak any purchased products
• You may modify non-escrowed files (such as configuration) for your own use

Ensure you are logged into Tebex with the same Cfx.re account you use to generate your server license key on portal.cfx.re.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products outside of official CFX transfers
• Claim ownership or authorship of our products
• Attempt to bypass, decrypt, or reverse engineer escrowed code
• Share your Cfx.re account credentials to allow others access to your assets
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding

4. Intellectual Property

All products, code, assets, documentation, and branding remain the intellectual property of Oxide Studios. Your purchase grants a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all server configurations, frameworks, or third-party resources. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing. We provide documentation and support to assist with installation and configuration.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in permanent blacklisting from all Oxide Studios products and services. If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us through Discord first.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke licenses and access to products if these terms are violated. This includes but is not limited to redistribution, chargebacks, or any other breach of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
