
Overview
A full ghost-gun manufacturing system where players place 3D printers, load blueprint USBs, feed filament, and print individual weapon parts over real-time countdowns. Printed parts are assembled into finished weapons at a placeable workbench, with quality determined by player level, upgrade investment, and experience milestones. A 5-category upgrade tree enhances printer speed, storage, reliability, and output quality, while a durability system gives every printed weapon a finite lifespan with degradation, jamming, and eventual destruction. A 10-level progression system gates 60+ weapon blueprints across pistols, SMGs, shotguns, rifles, snipers, machine guns, and exotics.
Features
- 3D Printing — Place printers in the world, load blueprint USBs, select parts, and print with real-time countdowns. Each printer persists across restarts and tracks its own upgrades and stored blueprints. A live DUI screen displays status, active print, and countdown timer directly on the prop.
- 60+ Weapon Blueprints — Covering pistols, revolvers, SMGs, shotguns, rifles, snipers, machine guns, and exotics. Each blueprint defines its own parts, filament costs, and print durations scaled by weapon tier.
- 5-Category Upgrade Tree — Nozzle (print speed), Storage Drive (blueprint slots), Cooling Fan (malfunction reduction), Build Plate (quality bonus), and Power Supply (gates higher-tier upgrades). Three tiers per category with PSU dependency chains.
- Weapon Assembly — Combine printed parts at a placeable workbench to produce finished weapons. Each weapon has a defined recipe, craft time, and 3D model preview on the bench during assembly.
- Quality & Grading — Assembled weapons receive a quality grade (Poor through Superior) based on the gap between player level and recipe requirement, boosted by build plate upgrades and experience milestones. Bad luck events add risk to every assembly.
- Weapon Durability — Every printed weapon degrades per shot, with increasing jam chance as durability drops. Jams require an unjam animation before firing resumes. Weapons are destroyed at 0% durability.
- 10-Level Progression — XP earned from loading USBs, completing prints, and assembling weapons. Levels gate access to weapon tiers, upgrade tiers, and assembly recipes from basic pistols at level 1 through exotics at level 9.
- USB Malfunction — Loading a blueprint USB carries a destruction risk (base 25%), reduced by player level and cooling upgrades to a minimum of 5%. USBs are consumable — server owners control how they enter the economy.
- Placeable Equipment — Printers, workbenches, and decorative tables are placed from inventory items with ghost-prop positioning. Per-player limits and configurable safe zones prevent abuse. All equipment persists to database with coordinates, rotation, and routing bucket.
- Ghost Gunner's Handbook — A usable in-game book with 16 pages covering every system from printing through assembly, complete with item images, upgrade tiers, and progression unlocks.
