PILLS.
Mill. Blend. Press.
Sort. Pack.
A hands-on pill lab for FiveM. Players grind, pour, press and sort every batch by hand, and every batch carries a hidden quality profile that nobody sees until someone breaks a tablet open.

Five stages.
All by hand.
Each stage opens a close-up camera on the station. Clients only send gestures like grinder turns, pours and crank strokes. The server applies every timing and limit, and never takes a score from a client.
Grind it. Know when to stop.
Circle the mouse to work a mortar and pestle, or pulse a blade grinder and knock it clean before it cakes. Over-grinding makes fines that cost imprint and finish for the rest of the batch.
Good grind 60–80 · Fines from the 25th turn
Recorded in game. Walking away mid-stage never costs materials; only the brush and solvent for cleaning a die are used up at the start.
Five numbers.
Nobody sees them.
There is no single purity number. Every tablet is simulated from the state of the press when it was struck, and the batch is the average of the tablets you keep.
| Stat | Mostly decided by |
|---|---|
| Potency | How much milled powder is in the formula, and how deep the die is filled |
| Integrity | Compression force, binder, grind, and how evenly the press was worked |
| Imprint | Die wear, residue on the die, lubricant, fines from over-grinding |
| Finish | How evenly the blend mixed, integrity, residue, fines, enough filler |
| Consistency | How evenly the blend mixed, sorting out the odd ones, and the player's level |
To really know,
break one open.
A pill only carries its batch ID and a vague impression like “These look clean.” The first light box reading of a batch destroys one tablet. After that, anyone holding the batch can read it for free.
Level decides how much a reading tells you: zones and words at levels 1 and 2, exact numbers from level 3, and each tablet's defect from level 6. Level never lowers a stat.
The hardness tester breaks 3 tablets to read integrity exactly, and shows how much of the batch a hard crash would break in each packing.
Five lines.
Five potency windows.
Below its window a batch is weak. Above it the batch is hot: some buyers pay more, and whoever takes it risks an overdose.

Pass for
the real thing.
VELA Blues and AXIA Percs are scored on counterfeit match, from the die's stamp, imprint, finish and consistency. A blank face gives a fake away at a glance, so a blank-faced counterfeit can never score better than about 66. Cut the reference imprint at the die engraver.
Your brand.
Your reputation.
Stamp a brand on your party pills and it builds a name across the server. Sales raise it; overdoses and police seizures cost it.
Cut your own die.
At the die engraver, cut tooling to a product line and stamp its face: blank, the line's reference imprint, or your brand. From level 4 a character can register 2 brands, each with a server-unique name and one of 8 symbols.
Reputation −100 to 1000 · 25% more per pill at 1000
Recorded in game. Street sales need Oxide Drug Selling 2.0.0 or newer; the delivery run works without it.
| Buyer | Share | Cares about |
|---|---|---|
| Club kid | 35% | Imprint and finish, then consistency and potency |
| Street user | 35% | Potency above all, then integrity and consistency |
| Pharma reseller | 15% | Imprint, finish, counterfeit match and consistency |
| Bulk mover | 15% | Integrity, consistency and potency |
Police have
a database too.
Pill ID looks up street brands and counterfeit imprints, as an Oxide Tablet app or with /pills pillid. On-duty officers log seized pills as evidence, and each seizure costs the brand 10 reputation. It never shows who is behind a brand.
Test
everything.
A bad batch doesn't just sell for less. It can put whoever takes it on the ground.
- 01
Mystery powder
Each lot is rolled once: 45% MDMA, 25% cutting agent, 15% amphetamine, 15% fentanyl. Fentanyl presses hot and carries 3 times the overdose risk.
- 02
Reagent tests
A 5-test kit shows a sample's drug class by colour, for a buyer, a cook or an officer. It never shows how strong it is.
- 03
Overdoses
Hot batches and stacked doses can overdose whoever takes them. With Oxide Medical, EMS sees the overdose as a condition and treats it.
- 04
Pills break
Crashes, falls and time break soft tablets. Broken ones become rejects, and the packing decides how many survive.
- 05
Dust
Milling and pressing put powder in the air. A dust mask blocks 85% of it, and a dust collector within 4 metres stops it building.
- 06
Police alerts
Optional alerts per production stage and delivery handoff, through any dispatch resource o-link supports. Off by default.
Three roles.
One press.
A floor press for a crew of up to three, or one player switching between stations with TAB. Every stroke is perfectly even, and XP goes to whoever did the work.
- Feeder
- Keeps the 3-blend hopper fed, sets the turret speed and runs the machine.
- Sorter
- Picks the duds off the output tray, 24 tablets at a time.
- Packer
- Bags the kept tablets as they come.
2–5 tablets a second · 24-tablet output tray
Start with a mortar.
Finish on the rotary.
Every stage earns pill XP. A full loop of mill, blend, press, sort and pack is 44 XP, and level 10 takes 11,000. Stations and product lines unlock as you go.

Do I need Oxide Drug Selling?
Only for street sales. Production, packing, the pharma delivery run and Pill ID work without it. Street sales need Oxide Drug Selling 2.0.0 or newer.
Which inventories are supported?
QBCore runs on qb-inventory or ox_inventory, QBX on ox_inventory, and ESX on ox_inventory only. ESX's built-in inventory and hex_4_inventory are not supported.
Which o-link version do I need?
1.9.1 or newer. Versions before 1.9.0 can't place pill stations.
Where do players get the ingredients?
Nothing is sold by default. Put the raw ingredients in a shop, a black market or a job reward, whichever suits your server.
Can I change the numbers?
Yes. /pills settings edits almost every setting in game, stores it in the database and applies it without a restart.
Does it share progression with my other Oxide drug resources?
Progression lives in the shared drugs_progression table, and each drug keeps its own level.
