Find him. Earn it.
Or take it.

Three roaming dealers relocate on their own timers, each carrying its own stock. Players climb five reputation tiers to unlock heavier gear, sell prices sink as the server floods the market, and police can force a surrender and transport the dealer for the reward. Kill one instead and the rep loss, loot bag, and hit squad follow.

  • QBCore · QBX · ESX via o-link
  • Live settings, no restarts
  • Server-validated shop and loot

Three dealers. Always moving.

Three server-created dealers are live at once by default, each at its own random spot from your location list. Every 45 minutes a dealer packs up on his own staggered timer and moves, arriving with a fresh full stock. Finding him is the game.

  • Dealer count is capped only by your spawn-location list, and no two dealers ever share a spot
  • Late joiners and teleporting players see and can trade with every dealer, no special handling
  • Within 200 m a Suspicious Activity blip flashes on the map; higher rep keeps it visible longer
  • From Tier 2 the burner pager asks around: 40%, 70%, then 100% success, with a GPS waypoint at Tier 4
[ 02 ]

Rep is the only key.

Five tiers, Unknown through Inner Circle, gate what the buy list shows. Selling to any dealer builds one reputation saved on the character, and each tier a player climbs adds more of the catalog on top of everything below it.

  • Thresholds at 0, 100, 300, 600, and 1000 rep, editable from the settings menu
  • Any tier can be reserved for named jobs or gangs, on top of the rep requirement
  • Killing a dealer costs 500 rep; every tier change plays a sound and shows a notification
  • Set Config.EnableTiers to false and every player sees the full shop
[ 03 ]

An economy, not a vending machine.

The shop is a buy/sell window with category tabs and search, and the server re-checks every price, stock count, and distance. Each dealer carries its own stock, sell prices move with server-wide supply, and dealers top themselves back up on a timer.

  • Sell price drops 2% per item sold, recovers 1% per minute, and never falls below 40% of base
  • Each dealer restocks 25% of every item's maximum every 10 minutes; buy prices are never affected
  • Dirty money as a cash account, ESX black money, a count-based item, or metadata-valued marked bills
  • Weapons ship with a blank serial, and a startup check flags any item your inventory does not know
[ 04 ]

Draw down. He gives up.

Aim a weapon at a dealer from within 10 meters and his hands go up. The officer cuffs him, walks him to a car, loads him into a rear seat, and drives to the nearest drop-off. Nobody gets paid until he is delivered.

  • Stray more than 12 m during the escort or run past 3 minutes and the dealer breaks free and re-arms
  • Reward on delivery goes to the officer, the department account, or both; the dealer respawns in 15 min
  • With Oxide Police, the department cut lands in the arresting officer's real department treasury
  • Transaction and proximity dispatch alerts route through o-link to ps-dispatch, cd_dispatch, and others
[ 05 ]

Drop him. Take the bag.

Killing a dealer is always an option, and the server confirms the kill, works out the killer, and answers. A loot bag drops where he fell, the killer loses reputation, nearby players hear a dealer is down, and four armed men come looking.

  • Loot bag holds cash plus 30% of the dealer's unsold stock, up to 5 item types, first come first served
  • Bag contents live on the server, pickup is checked at 5 meters, and uncollected bags vanish after 5 minutes
  • Four-man hit squad spawns on a drivable road 200 to 300 m out; easy, medium, and hard weapon sets
  • Escape by getting 500 m away or killing them all; only one squad exists at a time
[ 06 ]

Every number is live.

Run /blackmarket settings and edit almost the entire configuration in-game, including the buy and sell catalogs, spawn points, and drop-offs. Changes apply live and save to the shared oxide_settings table, so nothing needs a restart.

  • Basic and Advanced views with search; changed fields are highlighted and reset to the factory default
  • Place spawn locations and arrest drop-offs in the world with a translucent preview, or teleport to one
  • Pick shop and sellable items from a searchable catalog with images, then set price, stock, rep, and category
  • Every save is re-checked server-side; relocate, status, goto, setrep, and checkrep round out the command
