Where to look for what happened
oxide-fire writes what it does to the server console through the o-link logger: clock-ins, hires and dismissals, settings changes, fires starting and ending, calls, apparatus going out and coming back, treasury movements, SCBA use, rescues, and refused admin actions. Lines are tagged like [INFO][oxide-fire][calls], with warnings in yellow and errors in red.
If you run a logging resource that o-link supports, the same lines go there instead, for example to a file or a Discord channel.
When you contact Oxide Studios support, include the oxide-fire lines from your server console around the time the problem happened.
