Gang and Territory Infrastructure

Put your color on the map.
Then hold it.

Players request a gang, staff approve it from an in-game panel, and the crew runs itself from a dashboard: ranks, treasury, base, fleet. Around that sits a territory map that changes hands over real hours and gang wars fought for a matched treasury stake. Settings live in the database and change without a restart.

  • QBCore · QBX · ESX Legacy
  • Replaces the static gang list
  • Live settings, no restart

Players start the gang. Staff sign off.

Players run /gangs request, enter a display name, pick a color, and answer the questions you set. Staff read the answers in the admin panel, assign the internal name, and approve. The gang exists, the requester is seated as boss, and any creation fee is charged.

  • Ships with five form questions: motto, backstory, Discord name, expected members, and roleplay plans
  • Five field types (text, textarea, select, number, toggle), up to 20 rows, edited live in /gangs settings
  • Approval seats the requester at the highest boss rank and takes the creation fee from their bank
  • Or set creation mode to admin-only and create gangs from the panel or /gangs create
[ 02 ]

Every gang writes its own ladder.

New gangs start with Member, Enforcer, Underboss, and Boss. From there, anyone holding manage ranks renames the rungs, changes what each one may do, and adds or removes ranks from the dashboard. The server re-checks every permission when a button is pressed.

  • Twelve flags cover invites, kicks, promotions, rank editing, money, stash, garage, war, and gang identity
  • Nobody can kick, promote, or demote themselves; non-bosses only act on members below their own rank
  • Only staff can create a boss rank, and every gang keeps at least one
  • Recruit by nearby invite answered with /gangs accept, or by written application reviewed on the dashboard
[ 03 ]

A base, a stash, and a fleet.

Staff place each base in-world with a crosshair picker: base position, stash point, garage point, and as many spawn bays as you want. Members get a private map blip, a shared stash, and gang-owned vehicles that stay on the street until someone returns them.

  • Stash defaults to 50 slots and 200 kg, overridable per base, and resizes live without a restart
  • Fleet cars get a unique 8-character plate and keep mods, fuel, and damage between sessions
  • Server-spawned vehicles survive the driver leaving; any member with garage rights can return one
  • Shared treasury with a transaction ledger, rank-gated deposits and withdrawals, and no overdrafts
[ 04 ]

Turf is earned, not shot.

Influence comes from drug sales, base use, and standing on the block. It is capped hourly per gang and per character, bleeds faster the more districts a gang holds, and overtaking an owner opens a contest window measured in real hours. No instant flips.

  • 34 Los Santos districts ship pre-drawn and seed once on first boot; reshape or delete them in the panel
  • Contest windows run 6 real hours by default, survive restarts, and settle on their own clock
  • Kill influence caps at 25% of activity-earned standing; one character supplies at most 50% of each cap
  • Members see turf as translucent fills on the minimap and pause map, colored by the owning gang
[ 05 ]

One pot. One winner.

A member with the war permission picks a rival and names a stake from the treasury. The defender matches it, the war runs 24 real hours by default, and the higher score takes both stakes. Draws and ceasefires refund both sides.

  • Validated kills score 1 point; capturing a king-of-the-hill objective scores 5 for every member on it
  • Kills are distance-checked server-side, and repeat kills on the same victim within 180 seconds score nothing
  • Capture points spawn in the warring gangs' turf every 20 minutes and need a 60-second uncontested hold
  • Staff can force-end a war as a draw with both stakes refunded; a gang that disbands mid-war forfeits the pot
[ 06 ]

The city keeps receipts.

Contested turf, takeovers, war starts, and capture points can alert police. With Oxide Police the MDT gains a Gang Intel tab, with Oxide Dispatch the alerts become full calls, and Oxide Radio, Oxide Banking, and the Oxide drug resources plug in with no extra setup.

  • Gang Intel lists every gang, each turf's owner and contest state, and active wars, never treasury balances
  • Alert coordinates come from the server, the zone center or the defender's base, never from a player's game
  • Private radio channel per gang through oxide-radio, locked to members and auto-tuned on login
  • Per-zone yield, growth, price, and buyer density modifiers tune the Oxide drug resources
