Emergency Dispatch Backbone

Every call, every unit.
Dispatch that talks back.

Oxide Dispatch fans job-targeted alerts out to on-duty police, EMS, fire, and custom responder groups, tracks who is responding, and writes every transition to MySQL. Auto-detected crimes, civilian 911 and 311 calls, panic, and a full-screen Dispatch Hub ship in the box. With pma-voice and an API key, an optional AI dispatcher answers the radio and files alerts itself.

One hub. Every active call.

Alerts fan out to on-duty responders by group or raw job name and land as a non-focused popup that never blocks input. The Dispatch Hub rolls them into a live list, a map, and a heatmap, and every alert and responder transition is written to MySQL, so active calls survive a restart.

  • Up to 3 stacked popups with a mini-map preview and GTA sound, auto-dismissed after 20 seconds by default
  • Press G to mark yourself responding on the latest alert and drop a GPS waypoint on it
  • Hub quick actions: Respond, Stop Responding, Set Waypoint, and Close, with alerts sorted by priority
  • Unresolved alerts expire after 15 minutes by default and stay in MySQL for reporting and the heatmap
[ 02 ]

Crimes call themselves in.

Six detectors watch for gunfire, drive-bys, melee hits, explosions, deaths, and vehicle theft and file each one through the standard pipeline, so rate limits, duty filters, and persistence apply. Silenced weapons are skipped and melee only fires after a hit lands.

  • Shooting 10-71, drive-by 10-72, melee 10-34, explosion 10-77, death 10-52, and vehicle theft 10-30
  • Per-detector routing: pre-stage EMS on shots fired, or send deaths to fire for water and hazard rescues
  • Weapon, zone, and job blacklists, plus a per-detector chance value so alerts do not feel constant
  • Server-side duplicate suppression drops repeat alerts from one person even if the client is spoofed
[ 03 ]

Press to talk. Dispatch answers.

Optional: bind an AI dispatcher to each department's radio channel. Officers tune in on their existing radio panel, press PTT, and the dispatcher listens, replies in a synthesized voice run through a radio filter, and files structured alerts into the same pipeline. Needs pma-voice and an API key.

  • 9 core tools on every channel: create, update, cancel alerts, attach responders, set status, panic
  • Police channels add 8 MDT tools: plate, person, profile, BOLOs, on-duty roster, and custody checks
  • Works with oxide-police, ps-mdt, wasabi_mdt, and lb-tablet, or a custom bridge with 10 methods
  • Realtime (~500ms) or chained (~2s) modes; chained steps can move to Groq, Ollama, Kokoro, and others
[ 04 ]

Civilians call it in too.

Citizens reach dispatch from the radial menu or with /911 and /311. Each category maps to a code, a title, and a target responder group, callers are anonymous by default, and responders answer with /replycaller or from the MDT so the caller sees the reply as a toast.

  • Radial path fires a categorized call instantly with no typing; /911 and /311 carry a written description
  • Anonymous by default, with the caller's source tracked server-side so responders can still reply
  • Caller location comes from the server-side ped, never from the client
  • Replies persist on the alert's JSON replies column and reach every on-duty player the alert was sent to
[ 05 ]

Backup, on duty or not.

F4, /panic, or the radial item fires a backup alert to every responder in your group, bypasses the on-duty filter, drops a waypoint on each recipient's map, and flashes the blip. Police, EMS, and fire each get their own titles, status lists, and persistent callsigns.

  • F4 is rebindable through FiveM keymapping, with a 60-second per-responder cooldown
  • Routes to the same responder group: police panic to police, medic panic to EMS, firefighter panic to fire
  • Per-group statuses: police get Code-4 and 10-7, EMS gets En Route, On Scene, and Transporting
  • Callsigns set via /callsign or the radial persist to character metadata and show on alerts and replies
